Business Culture Centre of Canada implemented a comprehensive cloud piece of software to manage Gift Cards and Membership Cards processing of activities and balances. There is no bank or credit card processing fee involved in Gift Card and Membership Card activities. The FCL is the cheapest solution for the small business to promote their products, services, offer incentives and much more. For more advanced features the 2D barcode presentation is used.

Reward Cards

Reward Cards are available -including e-Reward Cards- to collect points and/or monitor total customer sales from your products and your services. You can create your own policy to calculate customer granted points used in future orders.

What are the requirements to use the FCL tools?

1. Internet connection
2. Any device is attached to the internet, Mobile Phone, Table, Laptop or any POS capable to connect with internet and use modern browser
3. Barcode scanner; it may be connected to PC, laptop, any android or iOS devices

Reporting Tools

Analyzing your gift card business will help you look for opportunities to reward loyal customers, remind shoppers to come back to your store to redeem their gift cards. While having a gift card available can enable you to build relationships with customers, having reporting tools can make your efforts more easier and effective.

How do you work with the FCL?

1. Browse https://bcccanada.ca website or use this page to register
2. Register your user name and password as a merchant (Free Registration)
3. Login with you user name and Password to the master menu
4. Select any 4 digits PIN # and register it
5. Close your screen and login again using your password and the PIN # to uploads your latest information and access The Gift Cards administration menu
6. In case of using e-gift cards, select the 1st option to register the e-gift card
• Send it to your clients email address by pressing the email button
• It is necessary client confirms the e-gift card
• in case of a physical Gift Card, neglect this step
7. Select option 2 when a client purchases your product or service, scan the barcode label and input the charged amount, the system shows the remaining balance with all transactions attached to the card
8. Select option 3 to check the available follow up reports

Water proof or standard physical barcode labels may be stick on:

1. Readymade or designed paper gift cards
2. Readymade or designed gift certificates
3. Back of your business cards
4. PVC or thick paper cards
5. Flyers or any advertising materials
6. Sometimes gift cards are used for payment in advance; in this case a gift card with a value of $50 may be sold with $45 (10% discount) to encourage clients for regular purchase your products and services.
